Civentia publishes all of its platform policies openly. Each policy below states who operates the platform and where the relevant rule lives, so that businesses, auditors and payment partners can verify the marketplace rules in one place.

  • Terms and conditions

    The master agreement governing access to and use of the platform, binding Vendors, Clients and visitors.

  • Privacy policy

    What personal data we process, why, who we share it with, cross-border transfers, retention and your rights.

Policies within the Terms of Service

These policies form binding sections of the Terms of Service and are linked directly to the relevant section.

  • Account creation, eligibility, tenant roles, verification requirements and acceptable use.

  • How services and products are delivered: order formation, milestones, the Acceptance Window and deemed acceptance.

  • Pilot-phase direct settlement between buyer and seller, and — for orders paid through the platform — payment acceptance, the conditional hold, release conditions and split settlement, all performed by the licensed payment provider.

  • Platform fees, vendor subscriptions, the Platform Commission, invoices and taxes.

  • How cancellations, refunds and returns are handled, how disputes are raised and evidenced, and how approved refunds are funded.

  • Support channels, response expectations and the dedicated inboxes for legal, privacy and data-protection correspondence.
